On September 4, 2026, at the Nopparat Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Nopparat Building, Faculty of Nursing, Burapha University, Assoc. Prof. Dr.Nisakorn Krungkraipetch, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, presided over the certificate presentation ceremony for six faculty members and nursing students from Jichi Medical University, Japan, who participated in the “Student Program for Academic Residency and Knowledge-sharing (SPARK): Inbound International Student Exchange Mobility Program.” The ceremony was attended by Dr. Yupawan Thongtanunam, Associate Dean for Strategic Partnerships and Social Engagement, along with faculty members and staff of the Faculty of Nursing, who joined in congratulating the participants.
The program was held from September 1–4, 2026, with the aim of promoting knowledge exchange in nursing, healthcare services, nursing education, and Thai culture. The program provided opportunities for faculty members and nursing students from Thailand and Japan to exchange knowledge, experiences, and perspectives on healthcare systems and nursing education, while also learning about Thai lifestyles and culture.
Furthermore, the program aimed to strengthen educational collaboration and foster international networks between Thailand and Japan, creating opportunities for mutual learning and sharing at the international level. These exchanges are expected to contribute to the continued development of academic collaboration and nursing education between the two countries in the future.
