Upon the program completion, graduates will demonstrate the following competencies:
1. Have morality, ethics, honesty, discipline, and have a good attitude toward the profession. Know and preserve the value of Thainess, have a public mind, and working together for social development, be a strong citizen adhere to correctness, and dare to protect the rights of service users.
2. Be well-versed in the essential sciences of nursing and midwifery and other sciences related to health care in the eastern region.
3. Apply science in nursing and midwifery and other sciences related to public health care and co-creating innovations in nursing to prevent and solve health problems and apply research process.
4. Have leadership skills, able to work with others, be responsible for oneself and society, have lifelong learning, keep up with the development and changes of the region in the Eastern Special Development Zone and the world, and continuous self-development.
5. Be able to communicate appropriately effective in both Thai and English and be creative and use information technology for learning.
6. Be able to practice nursing and midwifery which considers cultural differences, safety, reasonableness, cost-effective use of resources, and empirical evidence, by using the community-based approach, abiding by the law, ethics, code of conduct and professional standards.
The duration of study must be at least 4 academic years or 8 regular semesters, but not exceeding 8 academic years. The total credit requirement throughout the program should not be less than 136 credits.

4.2 Can perform minor medical procedures that are necessary according to the Nursing Standards and Regulations of the Ministry of Public Health regarding persons assigned to practice medicine. Under the control of officials who are medical professionals, B.E. 2539
4.3 Use GCP / CNPG or nursing evidence-based practice to make a preliminary diagnosis and use it to provide nursing care to accident and emergency patients and treatment plans according to the scope of the law and ethics and professional standards.
4.4 Produce or develop innovations or present innovations/inventions for self-care.
4.5 Join in taking action to help people who need health care services receive comprehensive assistance and care.

The curriculum aims to produce nursing graduates with the following capabilities:
1. Possess skills in nursing practice, utilize evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of nursing and midwifery services at home, in communities, in healthcare facilities, and in hospitals. This also considers cultural diversity to meet the nursing workforce needs at the local or EEC (Eastern Economic Corridor) levels, as well as nationwide.
2. Able to use the English language for communication and cultural exchange efficiently in a diverse context.
